Shipping Policy

The magazine subscriptions currently offered on MagazinesUSA.com can be shipped to any address within the 50 United States, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO addresses.

Once you've placed an order, it can take several weeks for your subscription to be received and scheduled by the publisher. Your subscription is then added to the publisher's next production cycle, labeled and shipped via standard mail.

The number of times your magazine subscription publishes each year will determine when you will receive your first issue. For example, the first issue of a weekly magazine should arrive within 4 to 6 weeks of your order. The first issue of a monthly magazine should arrive within 8 to 12 weeks. At times, if there are delays at the publisher, magazines can take up to 16 weeks.

Please rest assured, your subscription starts when you receive your first issue and not when you place your order. If you subscribed for 12 issues, you will receive all 12.

Return Policy

All orders can be cancelled as long as the cancel request is received within 24 hours of the time the order is placed. (Your order will be refunded in full less a nominal transaction fee of 4%). After that, in most cases cancellations will not be accepted. This is because our orders are pre-paid to the publishers and processed promptly so as to ensure that the subscription begins as quickly as possible.
